Delivery Pricing and Times

We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to dispatch all orders promptly so you should receive delivery within 2-3 working days (this is on standard first aid and consumables). If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days, please contact us. 

Furniture, equipment, Laerdal products and defibrillators are special order items and will take slightly longer for delivery, please call for an estimate.

 Returns

If for some reason we have delivered the wrong goods to you, or if they are damaged or defective we will make every effort to sort the problem out. Please make sure that your returns arrive back at Selles Medical in good condition. To arrange for goods to be returned to us, give our sales office a call on 01482 317960 or send us an email.

 Delivery Charges

 Our current prices are:

• £6.95 for orders under £75.00 (ex Vat)

• Free for orders over £75.00 (ex Vat)

These rates apply to each individual mainland UK delivery address.

Delivery charges to Ireland can vary and costs will be charged to the customer were applicable, for costs please call us to check and your order can be taken over the telephone or e-mail sales@sellesmedical.co.uk for a quotation.

Overseas

We only currently accept online payment from cards issued by UK banks. Please contact us if you'd like to place an order but have a card issued by a non-UK bank.
