Acid Attack Response Kit

A high visibility yellow grab bag designed to respond to an acid spill or attack.

In treating acid spills on the skin it is vital to flush the acid off the skin as quickly as possible. Spills in the eye should also be rinsed with cool water for at least 20 minutes. The six bottles of water in this kit are intended to get treatment started as soon as possible. Further supplies of water can then be sent for. Wear chemical resistant gloves while you treat the casualty and remove any clothing contaminated with acid. Take care to wash the acid away from the casualty.
